王清任《医林改错》学术特点浅析

摘　　要：《医林改错》是清朝名医王清任的"记脏腑之书",记载了王清任对脏腑解剖和人体生理功能的基本认识,并对自认为古代医书中存在的脏腑错误进行了改正,阐述了血瘀证形成的病理原因及治疗方法,阐明了其"治病之要诀,在明白气血"的学术观点。王清任在临床治疗中重视补气活血,把大剂量补气药和活血化瘀药配伍使用,既能提高活血化瘀的能力以祛邪,又能促使旧血排出、新血产生而扶正,继承并丰富了中医学的扶正祛邪、标本兼治治疗气虚血瘀证的治疗方法。其所创制的33首方剂,经后世医家在临床实践中反复验证,确有佳效。Correction of Errors in Medical Works is a work recording viscera of Wang Qing-ren,a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty.It records Wang Qing-ren’s basic understanding of viscera anatomy and human physiological function.It also corrects the viscera errors in the ancient medical books according to his own understanding,expounds the pathological causes and treatment methods of blood stasis syndrome,and states his academic viewpoint that"the key to treating diseases lies in understanding qi and blood".Wang Qing-ren paid attention to invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation in clinical treatment.The combination of large dose of invigorating-qi medicine and invigorating blood stasis medicine can not only improve the ability of invigorating blood and removing blood stasis to eliminate pathogenic factors,but also promote the old blood to be discharged and the new blood to be generated.He inherited and enriched the treatment methods of reinforcing healthy qi and removing pathogenic factors,treating the root and branch simultaneously in treating qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in TCM.The 33 prescriptions created by him have been repeatedly verified by later doctors in clinical practice and proved to be remarkably effective.
