益气补血化瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气补血化瘀汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2018年1月诊治的冠心病心绞痛患者80例作为研究对象,按照双盲筛选法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予自拟益气补血化瘀汤治疗。结果:观察组有效率为95.0%,对照组有效率为80.0%,两组有效率比较,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者血液黏稠度、血管阻力均低于对照组,血管弹性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后心绞痛持续时间、发作次数、心绞痛积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为60.0%,观察组不良反应发生率为15.0%,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气补血化瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛可改善血液黏稠度、血管阻力、血管弹性,降低心绞痛持续时间、发作次数、心绞痛积分,且不良反应发生率低。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Boosting Qi and Blood and Removing Blood Stasis on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris diagnosed and treated in our hospital in January 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the double-blind screening method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Decoction for Boosting Qi and Blood and Removing Blood Stasis.Results:The effective rate was 95.0%in the observation group and 80.0%in the control group.The observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the blood viscosity and vascular resistance of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the vascular elasticity was higher than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the duration,attack times and score of angina in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 60.0%in the control group and 15.0%in the observation group.The observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Decoction for Boosting Qi and Blood and Removing Blood Stasis has a remarkable efficacy on coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,can improve blood viscosity,vascular resistance,vascular elasticity,reduce the duration of angina,attack times,angina score,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
