摘　　要：目的:系统评价皮肤康洗液联合常规疗法治疗湿疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法:计算机检索中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库、超星数据库、Pub Med、Cochrane图书馆及手工检索相关文献,由两名研究者按纳入与排除标准独立选择试验、交叉核对、评价质量、提取数据,并采用Cochrane协作网专用软件Rev Man 5.3软件进行统计分析。结果:共纳入6篇符合要求文献。Meta分析结果显示:治疗组治愈率高于对照组[RR=1.49,95%CI(1.24,1.79),P<0.0001];治疗组有效率高于对照组[RR=1.33,95%CI(1.05,1.68),P<0.05];治疗组有效率高于对照组[RR=1.33,95%CI(1.05,1.68),P<0.0001]。结论:皮肤康洗液联合常规疗法治疗湿疹疗效优于单纯常规疗法,但结论尚需更多高质量的多中心、随机、双盲、对照的临床试验进一步证实。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Skin Lotion combined with routine therapy in the treatment of eczema.Methods:The relevant documents were searched by using computer to search China How Net,VIP database,Wanfang database,superstar database,Pub Med,Cochrane Library and manually search.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,two researchers independently selected tests,checked crosswise,evaluated quality and extracted data,and used Revman 5.3,a special software for Cochrane collaborative network,for statistical analysis.Results:A total of 6 eligible documents were included.Meta analysis showed that the cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group[RR=1.49,95%CI(1.24,1.79)];The remarkably effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group[RR=1.33,95%CI(1.05,1.68)];The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group[RR 1.33,95%CI(1.05,1.68)].Conclusion:The curative effect of Skin Lotion combined with routine therapy is better than that of routine therapy alone,but the conclusion needs more high-quality multicenter,randomized,double-blind and controlled clinical trials to further confirm.
