鱼腥草有效成分及抗结核作用研究进展

摘　　要：鱼腥草所含成分具有抗炎抗菌及免疫调节等药理活性,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、结核分枝杆菌等病原体均有一定抑制作用,临床多用于治疗呼吸系统疾病。然而,目前尚无鱼腥草及其活性成分抗结核分枝杆菌作用机制的深入报道。因此,为了更好地开发鱼腥草,研发新型抗结核药物,亟待应用现代科技手段,明确鱼腥草抗结核分枝杆菌的药效物质基础及作用机理。此外,不同产地鱼腥草活性成分含量存在较大的差异,且现行《中华人民共和国药典》仅对鱼腥草及相关制剂规定了甲基正壬酮薄层鉴别,缺乏对鱼腥草活性成分综合、有效的质量控制方法。因此,规范鱼腥草产地、完善相关质量控制标准,对开发鱼腥草新制剂、扩大临床用途具有重要意义。Heartleaf houttuynia contains ingredients with anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial and immunomodulatory pharmacological activities,which can inhibit staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli,candida albicans,mycobacterium tuberculosis and other pathogens to a certain extent,and are mostly used in clinical treatment of respiratory diseases.However,there is no in-depth report on the mechanism of action of heartleaf houttuynia and its active ingredients against mycobacterium tuberculosis.Therefore,in order to better develop heartleaf houttuynia and research new antituberculous drugs,it is urgent to apply modern scientific and technological means to clarify the material basis and mechanism of heartleaf houttuynia anti mycobacterium tuberculosis.In addition,the content of the active components of heartleaf houttuynia from different areas is quite different.In the current Pharmacopoeia of the people’s Republic of China,only the thin-layer identification of heartleaf houttuynia and its related preparations is specified,and there is no comprehensive and effective quality control method for the active ingredients of heartleaf houttuynia.Therefore,it is of great significance to standardize the origin of heartleaf houttuynia and improve the relevant quality control standards for the development of new preparations of heartleaf houttuynia and the expansion of clinical use.
