摘 要:利用三维荧光光谱技术研究焚烧发电垃圾渗滤液处理过程中溶解性有机物(DOM)的光谱特征,并建立DOM荧光强度与COD浓度变化的关系。三维荧光光谱显示,垃圾渗滤液中DOM主要由高激发波长色氨酸峰(峰A)、低激发波长色氨酸峰(峰B)、可见光区富里酸峰(峰C)和紫外光区富里酸峰(峰D)组成。经过UASB工艺处理后,4种DOM在微生物的降解作用下荧光峰强度均逐渐降低,但高激发波长色氨酸、低激发波长色氨酸比可见光区富里酸和紫外光区类富里酸更易去除;3种荧光类DOM(高激发波长色氨酸、低激发波长色氨酸和可见光区富里酸)的荧光强度分别与COD浓度具有良好的相关性,与COD线性相关系数(R2)分别为0.9985、0.9647和0.8082,说明可以利用三维荧光光谱分析技术快速检测垃圾渗滤液处理过程中COD的浓度。During the treatment of landfill leachate from incineration power generation,the spectral characteristics of dissolved organic matters(DOMs)were studied using three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy.Moreover,the correlation,between the fluorescence intensity and COD concentration,was established during the treatment of landfill leachate.Three-dimensional fluorescence spectra reveal four types of characteristic fluorescence peaks,i.e.tryptophan fluorescence peak at high excitation wavelength(peak A),tryptophan fluorescence peak at low excitation wavelength(peak B),visible fulvic acid fluorescence peak(peak C),and ultraviolet fulvic acid fluorescence peak(peak D).The fluorescence intensities of the DOMs declined after the treatment of the up-flow anaerobic sludge bed reactor(UASB).However,the tryptophan is easily degraded than the fulvic acid.There are good correlations between COD concentration and the fluorescence intensity(the high excitation wavelength of tryptophan,the low excitation wavelength of tryptophan and the visible fulvic acid),with the correlation coefficient being 0.9985,0.9647 and 0.8082,respectively.The study indicates that the technique of three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy can be used to monitor the COD concentration in real time during the treatment of landfill leachate.
