摘 要:通过水热法制备具有高吸光度的碳量子点(CQDs),然后将其与聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)基体混合,利用溶液法成膜得到CQDs/PVDF复合膜。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和紫外-可见光谱(UV-vis)对CQDs的化学结构、形貌以及吸光度进行测试。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-vis)和热失重分析(TGA)对CQDs/PVDF复合膜的化学结构、形貌、紫外线屏蔽功能、热稳定性进行表征。实验结果显示,制备的CQDs纳米颗粒的粒径约为20 nm,并且成功将其掺杂到PVDF基体中,得到了复合膜。改性膜的化学结构和形貌发生了明显的变化,结晶度降低。与纯PVDF薄膜相比,制备的复合膜在200~400 nm范围内的透过率均小于2%;表现出优异的紫外线屏蔽功能。Carbon quantum dots(CQDs)with high absorbance were prepared through hydrothermal method.Then the CQDs particles were mix with PVDF to make the CQDs/PVDF composite films.The chemical structure,morphology and absorbance of the CQDs were measured with FT-IR,TEM and UV-vis.The structure,morphology,UV-shielding performance and thermal stability of the composite films were characterized by XRD,FT-IR,SEM,UV-vis and TGA.The results prove that size of the particles is about 20 nm.The particles can be successfully mixed with PVDF and CQDs/PVDF composite films are obtained.The chemical structure and morphology of the modified films are obviously changed.After mixing,the crystallinity of PVDF decreases a lot.Besides,compared with the pure PVDF film,the transmittance of mixed film between 200~400 nm is less than 2%,which proves the modified films have fairly good UV shielding property.
