摘　　要：内皮素(endothelin,ET)是迄今为止发现的作用最强、持续时间最久,具有局部调节和收缩作用的血管活性多肽。ET亦对生殖激素分泌、生殖器官生理功能、肌肉收缩和细胞有丝分裂具有调节作用,在哺乳动物生殖过程中担任重要角色。现对内皮素在妇科疾病发病机制中的作用做一综述。Endothelin(ET) is one of the most potent and long-lasting vasoactive polypeptides with local regulation and contraction. ET can also regulate the secretion of reproductive hormones,physiological function of reproductive organs,muscle contraction and cell mitosis. It plays an important role in the reproductive process of mammals. This article reviews the role of endothelin in the pathogenesis of gynecological diseases.
