摘 要:随着新能源汽车产业的快速发展,磷酸铁锂电池的消耗越来越大,这势必会带来大量的废旧电池,所以回收废旧电池的任务也被提上了日程。基于此,本文详细介绍了废旧磷酸铁锂电池的回收方法,包括火法回收、湿法回收、高温固相修复技术、生物浸出技术、机械活化处理回收技术、电化学法等。其中,利用湿法回收磷酸铁锂电池中的Al、Fe、Li元素,采用碱液优先沉Al的方法,然后用H2SO4+H2O2体系,通过控制pH值沉淀Fe(OH)3来分离铁,余液用饱和Na2CO3溶液沉淀Li2CO3。此方法效果明显,工艺简单可行,具有良好的产业推广价值。With the rapid development of new energy vehicles,the consumption of lithium iron phosphate batteries is increasing,which is bound to bring a lot of waste batteries,so the task of recycling waste batteries has been put on the agenda.Based on this,this paper introduces in detail the recovery methods of waste lithium iron phosphate batteries,including fire recovery,wet recovery,high temperature solid phase repair technology,bioleaching technology,mechanical activation treatment recovery technology,electrochemical method,etc.Among them,Al,Fe and Li elements in lithium iron phosphate batteries are recovered by wet method,and the method of alkali solution priority is adopted to sink Al.Next,the H2SO4+H2O2 system is used to precipitate Fe(OH)3 by controlling pH value to separate iron,and the residual solution is used to precipitate Li2CO3 by saturated Na2CO3 solution.This method has obvious effect,and the process is simple and feasible,and had good industrial promotion value.
