摘 要:云南迪庆州铜铅锌硫化矿具有矿物组成复杂、嵌布粒度细且不均匀、分选难度大等特点。针对该地区铜铅锌硫化矿,其含Cu0.93%,Pb1.33%,Zn2.35%,研究分析了磨矿细度、药剂用量、脱药条件等对铜、铅、锌分离的影响。采用"铜铅混合浮选一铜铅分离一尾矿选锌"浮选闭路流程,获得了杂质互含较低且金属回收率较高的铜精矿、铅精矿和锌精矿产品,其中铜精矿Cu品位24.15%,Cu回收率80.57%,铅精矿中含Pb31.63%,Pb回收率65.35%,锌精矿Zn品位40.36%,Zn回收率83.52%。铜铅锌的浮选分离指标较好,为类似铜多金属硫化矿的选矿分离提供了一定借鉴。The copper-lead-zinc sulfide ore in Diqing,Yunnan Province has the characteristics of complex mineral composition,fine and uneven distribution of grain size,which made it difficult to separate.Aiming at the Cu-Pb-Zn sulfide ore,which contains 0.93% Cu,1.33% Pb and 2.35% Zn,the effects of grinding fineness,dosage of reagent and conditions of stripping on the separation of Cu,Pb and Zn were studied.Copper concentrate,lead concentrate and zinc concentrate with low impurity content and high metal recovery were obtained using closed-circuit flotation process of "copper-lead mixed flotation-copper-lead separation-zinc separation from tailings".Copper concentrate contains Cu 24.15%,Cu recovery is 80.57%,lead concentrate contains Pb31.63%,Pb recovery is 65.35%,zinc concentrate contains Zn40.36%,Zn recovery rate is 83.52%.The flotation separation index of copper,lead and zinc is better,which provides a certain reference for the separation of similar copper polymetallic sulfide ore.
