摘 要:本文通过烧结杯试验、矿相分析等手段研究了钒钛烧结矿和普通烧结矿的冶金性能、矿物组成和结构。研究表明,在碱度和燃料配加相同的条件下,钒钛烧结矿和普通烧结矿的还原性指数基本相同,但钒钛烧结矿冷强度和低温还原粉化指数较低,其转鼓指数比普通烧结矿的转鼓指数低12%~18%;低温还原粉化率(RDI+3.15)仅24.92%,比普通烧结矿低50%。烧结矿矿相分析表明,钒钛烧结矿中含20%~23%钙钛矿,矿物分布不均匀,主要以粒状结构和骸晶结构为主。普通烧结矿基本不含钙钛矿,矿物分布较均匀,以交织熔蚀结构为主。The metallurgical properties,mineral composition and Structure of vanadium-titanium sinter and ordinary sinter were studied by using sinter pot test and mineral phase analysis.The results show that the reducibility index of V-T i sinter is basically the same as that of ordinary sinter under the same basicity and fuel blending conditions,but the cold strength and low-temperature reductive pulverization index of V-T i sinter are lower,the drum index of V-Ti sinter is 12%?18%lower than that of ordinary sinter,and the lowtemperature reductive pulverization rate(RDI+3.15)is only 24.92%,which is 50%lower than that of ordinary sinter.The sinter phase analysis shows that the vanadium-titanium sinter contains 20%?23%perovskite with uneven distribution of minerals,which presents mainly granular structure and skeletal crystal structure.The ordinary sinter basically contains no perovskite,and the distribution of minerals is more uniform.
