摘 要:在某金矿选矿厂,其原矿经尼尔森离心选矿机分选后,尾矿中仍含品位较高的金和铜,分别为2.35 g/t和0.724%,具有一定的回收价值。为充分提高金和铜资源的综合利用,本论文对该尾矿进行了重选和浮选工艺探索。在磨矿细度ω(-0.074 mm)为65%条件下,进行了一粗两扫两精浮选。结果表明,在浮选精矿中,金的品位为58.25 g/t,尾矿含金0.13 g/t,金的浮选回收率94.68%;浮选精矿铜的品位为14.15%,铜浮选回收率74.65%。该浮选工艺对尾矿中的金和铜进行了有效的回收。Tailings generated from the Nelson gravity separation of a gold ore still contain a high grade of gold and copper,which are 2.35 g/t and 0.724% respectively.Gravity separation and flotation process were applied to recover the gold and copper from the tailings to realize the improvement of the comprehensive utilization of resources.On the condition od the grinding fineness ω(-0.074mm) of tailings 65%,flotation process of one roughing two scavenging two cleaning was conducted.Flotation results show that the gold grade of concentrate could be increased to 58.25 g/t,while that of final tailing is 0.13 g/t.And the recovery of gold is calculated to be 94.68%.Besides,the grade of copper concentrate is 14.15% and the recovery reaches 74.65%.The result indicates that gold and copper in the tailings could be well recovered by applying the flotation.
