摘 要:设计一种将烟气SO2转化为硫磺的工艺,能够有效克服位于偏远地区的有色冶炼企业面临的硫酸过剩问题,并开展实验测试分析对参数进行优化。研究结果表明:提高温度后,硫回收率迅速增加,在最高点位置烟煤和无烟煤形成了相近的硫回收率,但褐煤组出现了硫回收率降低的情况。选择无烟煤属于一个相对较优的方案。通过试验测试得到最优的参数范围:温度850℃,烟气SO2浓度11%~13%,反应时间6~7 s,氧硫比≤0.4的条件下。A process of converting flue gas SO2 into sulfur is designed,which can effectively overcome the problem of sulfuric acid oversupply faced by non-ferrous smelting enterprises in remote areas,and carry out experimental testing and analysis to optimize the parameters.The results showed that the sulfur recovery rate increased rapidly after increasing the temperature,and similar sulfur recovery rates were formed between bituminous coal and anthracite at the highest point,but the sulfur recovery rate decreased in the lignite group.The selection of anthracite coal is a relatively superior scheme.The optimal parameter range was obtained through experimental tests:temperature 850℃,SO2 concentration 11%~13%,reaction time 6~7s,oxy-sulfur ratio≤0.4.
