摘　　要：采用尼龙牢度提升剂RY-576对染中深色的尼龙织物进行后浸渍加工:RY-576用量1.0%-2.0%,40℃×20min,浴比1:5-1:10,130-160℃定型;或定型前浸轧RY-576,RY-576用量20g/L,一浸一轧。结果表明,中深色系列的尼龙织物经RY-576处理后,耐皂洗色牢度提升0.5-1.0级,耐汗渍色牢度提升1.0-1.5级。The medium dark colored nylon fabric was treated with nylon fastness improver RY-576 by post dipping process of dosage 1.0%-2.0%,40℃×20min,bath ratio1:5-1:10,set at 130-160℃,or the fabric was soaked and rolled with RY-576 before setting while the dosage was 20 g/L by one dip and one roll.The results showed that the soaping color fastness of the nylon fabric treated with RY-576 was improved by 0.51.0 grade,and the color fastness to perspiration was increased by 1.0~1.5 grade.
