摘　　要：压缩机高压零部件是高压空压机的关键组成部分,这些零部件直接关系到空压机的运行安全。针对舰船环境特殊要求,给出一些舰船用高压空压机高压零部件设计的实例,从材料选用、结构设计、强度设计、安全性及无损检测等方面阐述高压零部件设计的方法和要点,通过型式试验、44MPa超压试验和用户使用验证,结果表明该空压机高压零件承压设计可靠。The high pressure parts of compressor are the key components of high pressure air compressor, which are directly related to the operation safety of air compressor. According to the special requirements of ships and warships environments, in this paper, some examples of the design of high pressure parts of high pressure air compressor for ships are given, from the aspects of material selection, structural design, strength design, safety and nondestructive testing, this paper expounds the methods and key points of high pressure parts design.Through the type test, 44 MPa overpressure test and verification of consumer, the results show that the design of pressure-containing parts in the high pressure air compressor is reliable.
