摘　　要：从中医对糖尿病性阳痿(diabetic erectile dysfunction,DED)病因病机的认识、中医治疗DED的治则治法及中医外治法的应用等方面进行了综述。指出:①中医治疗DED主要以临床经验总结或临床疗效观察为主,疗效评价过于简单化,缺少足够的说服力。②研究方法简单,缺乏随机、双盲等严谨的科学研究方法,说服力不强。③目前,大多中医药治疗DED的研究,思路各异,方药差异大,可重复性低。因此,今后在中医药治疗DED科学研究中,应结合现代科研思路,进行前瞻性、多中心、大样本的临床研究。在基础研究上,结合现代中药药理学研究,加强对DED发病机理的探索,为中医药治疗DED提供临床及基础两方面的科学依据,同时对中药剂型的研究也是今后努力的方向。In view of diabetic erectile dysfunction(DED),this paper summarizes the understanding of etiology and pathogenesis of DED,the treatment principles and the application of external therapy.The related research points out that the main treatment of DED by TCM is clinical experience summary or clinical observation.The evaluation of efficacy is too simplified and lacks sufficient persuasion.The research method is simple,lacks the rigorous scientific research methods such as random,double-blind,etc.,and is not convincing.At present,the majority of the studies on the treatment of DED with TCM have different ideas,great differences in prescriptions and medicines,and low repeatability.Therefore,in the future,prospective,multi-center and large-sample clinical research should be carried out in combination with modern scientific research ideas in the treatment of DED with TCM.In basic research,combined with modern Chinese medicine pharmacology research,we should strengthen the exploration of the pathogenesis of DED,provide scientific basis for clinical and basic aspects of TCM treatment of DED,and at the same time,the research of Chinese medicine type is also the direction of future efforts.
