摘　　要：目的:系统评价炙甘草汤联合常规疗法治疗气阴两虚型冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)所致心律失常的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库、PubMed等数据库中关于炙甘草汤联合常规疗法治疗气阴两虚型冠心病所致心律失常的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),应用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入符合标准的RCT文献15篇。Meta分析结果显示,试验组有效率高于对照组[OR=4.50,95%CI(2.95,6.86),P<0.000 01],试验组中医证候评分改善优于对照组[MD=-1.34,95%CI(-1.62,-1.06),P<0.000 01]。结论:炙甘草汤联合常规疗法治疗气阴两虚型冠心病所致心律失常临床疗效优于常规治疗,但由于纳入研究数量和质量有限,今后需要按照标准设计大样本、高质量的研究。Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction combined with routine therapy on arrhythmia of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease) with deficiency of qi and yin.Methods:The randomized controlled trial(RCT) of Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction combined with conventional therapy in treating arrhythmia of coronary heart disease with deficiency of qi and yin was searched by computer in databases such as CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and PubMed.The meta analysis was carried out with Revman 5.3 software.Results:A total of 15 RCT literatures were included.Meta analysis showed that the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group [or=4.50,95%CI(2.95,6.86),P<0.000 01],and the improvement of TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group [MD=-1.34,95%CI(-1.62,-1.06),P<0.000 01].Conclusion:The clinical effect of Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction combined with conventional therapy on arrhythmia of coronary heart disease with deficiency of qi and yin is better than that of conventional therapy.However,due to the limited quantity and quality of the research,large sample and high quality research should be designed according to the standard in the future.
