摘　　要：胡国华教授认为滑胎的病因病机主要为脾肾不足,以虚为主,母体冲任虚损,不能固摄胎元,以致胎元不健而堕,治疗从脾肾论治,提出以健脾补肾安胎为治疗大法,临床收效颇显。胡教授诊治滑胎经验:孕前培本,调经助孕;孕后防治,健脾固肾安胎;心神同治,助孕安胎。另外,胡教授推崇中西医结合,优势互补,以提高临床疗效。Professor Hu Guo-hua thinks that the etiology and pathogenesis of habitual abortion are mainly deficiency of spleen and kidney,The mother′s CV and TV are deficient and damaged,and can′t fix the fetal essence,so that the fetal essence is not healthy and falls.The treatment should be based on the treatment of spleen and kidney.He puts forward the treatment of invigorating the spleen,tonifying the kidney and tranquilizing the fetus as the major method,and has achieved obvious clinical effect.Professor Hu′s experience is as follows:Before pregnancy,consolidating essence,regulating menstruation and helping pregnancy;after pregnancy,paying attention to prevention and treatment,strengthening the spleen,strengthening the kidney and stabilizing the fetus;treatment with mind and spirit together,helping pregnancy and stabilizing the fetus.In addition,Professor Hu advocates the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,with complementary advantages,in order to improve clinical efficacy.
