摘　　要：玫瑰痤疮发病原因与风、热有关,外受风寒之邪侵袭,内有热邪积聚,风热相搏,郁于肌肤,久而郁滞成本病,日久又可损伤血络,导致血瘀凝滞。肝郁为女子的基本生理特点,肝郁日久常生热、化火,郁热为本病的关键病机。由于长期的郁火上炎,熏蒸面部从而产生不易消退的潮红、红斑,故治以疏肝解郁、清火养阴,予化肝煎治疗,每获良效。The occurrence of rosacea is related to wind and heat.Due to attack by external wind and cold,interior accumulation of heat,the wind and heat fight against each other,then are stagnant on the skin for a long time,which can damage blood vessels and cause blood stasis and stagnation for a long time.Liver constraint is the basic physiological characteristics of women.Long-time liver constraint generates heat and transform into fire,so the stagnated heat is the key pathogenesis of this disease.The long-term inflammation of stagnant fire,fumigation of the face will produce the red tide and erythema which are not easy to fade.Therefore,the treatment is to soothe the liver and relieve the constraint,clear fire and nourish yin.Decoction for Dispersing Liver Constraint is often used and always has good efficacy.
