温经通络汤治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症40例  

Forty Cases of Infertility due to Fallopian Tube Obstruction Treated with Channel-Warming and Collaterals- Dredging Decoction

摘　　要：目的:观察温经通络汤治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将80例输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组患者择期行输卵管通液术治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予温经通络汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分变化情况,检测两组患者治疗前后C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)水平。结果:观察组有效率为75.00%,对照组有效率为92.50%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分低于同组治疗前,且观察组治疗后低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清CRP、IL-6水平低于同组治疗前,且观察组治疗后低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者随访1年宫内妊娠率显著高于对照组,未妊娠率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者异位妊娠率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温经通络汤辅助输卵管通液术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症,可改善患者机体的炎性状态,提高妊娠率。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Channel-Warming and Collaterals-Dredging Decoctionon infertility due to fallopian tube obstruction.Methods:A total of 80 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were treated by salpingostomy,while the ones in the observation group were treated with Channel-Warming and Collaterals-Dredging Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects and the change of TCM syndrome score before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Their levels of C reactive protein(CRP) and interleukin-6(IL-6) were measured before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate was 75.00% in the observation group and 92.50% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was lower than that of the same group before the treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the serum CRP and IL-6 levels of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After one year′s follow-up,the rate of intrauterine pregnancy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the rate of non pregnancy was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups in the rate of ectopic pregnancy(P>0.05).Conclusion:Channel-Warming and Collaterals-Dredging Decoction combined with salpingostomy can improve the inflammatory state and the pregnancy rate of patients with infertility due to fallopian tube obstruction.
