针刀松解法、芒针刺腰夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刀松解法与芒针刺腰夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年3月到2017年3月菏泽市中医医院诊治的腰椎间盘突出症患者120例,采用简单随机分组法分为针刀松解组、芒针组、先针刀松解后芒针组、先芒针后针刀松解组,每组30例。针刀松解组给予针刀松解治疗,芒针组给予芒针刺夹脊穴治疗,先针刀松解后芒针组先用针刀治疗后,再用芒针治疗,先芒针后针刀松解组先用芒针治疗,然后用针刀治疗。结果:针刀松解组有效率为83.33%,芒针组有效率为86.67%,先针刀松解后芒针组有效率为93.33%,先芒针后针刀松解组有效率为96.67%,先针刀松解后芒针组、先芒针后针刀松解组有效率优于针刀松解组、芒针组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针刀松解组、先针刀松解后芒针组、先芒针后针刀松解组平均显效时间优于芒针组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);芒针组、先针刀松解后芒针组、先芒针后针刀松解组平均治疗次数优于针刀松解组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);先针刀松解后芒针组、先芒针后针刀松解组治疗后JOA评分、VAS评分优于针刀松解组与芒针组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刀松解法、芒针刺腰夹脊穴及二者结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症均具有良好的临床疗效,针刀松解与芒针刺夹脊穴结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效明显优于单一治疗方法,在即刻镇痛、缩短疗程、改善腰椎功能等方面可以达到优势互补的效果。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupotomolysis and awn-needle acupuncture at Jiaji(EX-B2) of waist on lumbar Disc herniation(LDH).Methods:A total of 70 patients with LDH diagnosed and treated by Heze Hospital of TCM from March 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into the group of acupotomolysis,the group of awn-needle acupuncture,the group of first acupotomolysis then awn-needle acupuncture,the group of first awn-needle acupuncture then acupotomolysis,with 30 cases in each group.The group of acupotomolysis was treated with acupotomolysis,while the group of awn-needle acupuncture was treated with awn-needle acupuncture,the group of first acupotomolysis then awn-needle acupuncture was treated with first acupotomolysis then awn-needle acupuncture,the group of first awn-needle acupuncture then acupotomolysis was treated with first awn-needle acupuncture then acupotomolysis.Results:The effective rate of the group of acupotomolysis was 83.33%,and that of the group of awn-needle acupuncture was 86.67%,that of the group of first acupotomolysis then awn-needle acupuncture was 93.33%,and that of the group of first awn-needle acupuncture then acupotomolysis was 96.67%.The effective rate of the group of the group of first acupotomolysis then awn-needle acupuncture and that of the group of first awn-needle acupuncture then acupotomolysis was better than that of the group of acupotomolysis and the group of awn-needle acupuncture,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average effective time of the group of acupotomolysis,the group of first acupotomolysis then awn-needle acupuncture,and the group of first awn-needle acupuncture then acupotomolysis was better than that of the group of awn-needle acupuncture,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average treatment times of the group of awn-needle acupuncture,the group of first acupotomolysis then awn-needle acupuncture,the group of first awn-needle acupuncture then acupotomolysis were better than those of
