摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)常用的中药外治法有针刺疗法、艾灸疗法、穴位注射疗法、穴位贴敷疗法、穴位埋线疗法、耳穴压豆疗法、推拿疗法、中药塌渍、热敷疗法、脐疗疗法等,外治法能够辅助传统中药汤剂,提高临床疗效。但目前关于中医外治疗法的临床疗效尚缺乏统一的临床疗效判定标准,研究中所使用的统计学方法有待规范,缺乏大样本的随机对照、双盲研究,针灸的作用机制研究较多,但其他中医外治疗法作用机制研究较少,且研究进展滞后。今后应统一中医外治法的临床疗效标准,规范统计学方法,进行大样本的随机对照研究,加强各种外治法的作用机制研究,从而形成完整的研究体系。In terms of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),the commonly-used external treatments of TCM include acupuncture therapy,moxibustion therapy,acupoint injection therapy,acupoint application therapy,acupoint catgut-embedding therapy,auricular point pressing bean therapy,massage therapy,TCM hydrotherapy,hot application therapy,umbilicus therapy,etc.,which can assist TCM decoction and improve clinical efficacy.However,at present,there is a lack of a unified clinical efficacy judgment standard.The statistical methods used in the study need standardizing.There is a lack of large sample randomized controlled,double-blind research.There are many studies on the mechanism of acupuncture,but there are few studies on the mechanism of other external treatments of TCM,and the research progress is lagging behind.Therefore,in the future,we should unify the clinical efficacy standard of external treatment of TCM,standardize the statistical methods,carry out large sample randomized controlled study,and strengthen the research on the mechanism of various external treatments so as to form a complete research system.
