矫形按摩结合易筋经“托天式”对颈型颈椎病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察矫形按摩结合南少林易筋经"托天式"治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效。方法将60例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,2组均为30例。对照组采用矫形按摩手法,观察组在对照组基础上配合易筋经"托天式",治疗时间为8周。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)以及颈椎多功能训练评估系统(MCU),检测2组治疗前后疼痛情况、颈椎活动度以及最大肌力。结果与治疗前比较,2组治疗后VAS评分、颈椎关节活动度、颈椎肌力均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论矫形按摩结合易筋经"托天式"能更好地缓解颈型颈椎病患者的颈部疼痛,改善颈部肌肉力量和颈椎活动度。Objective:To observe the effects of orthopedic massage combined with Tuotianshi of Nan Shaolin YiJinJing in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:60 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with orthopedic massage.The observation group was added Tuotianshi of Yijinjing on the basis of the control group treatment,for a total of 2 months.The pain integral,cervical vertebra activity and maximum muscle strength were compared between groups before and after treatment by the visual analogue scale(VAS)and Multi-Cervical Unit.Results:After treatment,VAS,cervical vertebra activity and muscle strength of both groups were improved significantly(P<0.05),and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of orthosis massage combined with Yijinjing Tuotianshi is better than that of orthosis massage alone,The combination of the two can better improve the clinical efficacy,but also for the clinical treatment of the disease to improve a new method.
