不同表面处理的TPO防水卷材上覆材料性能影响研究

摘　　要：因市场与建筑造型的需求,设计和施工时对TPO防水卷材提出了表面覆真石漆和装饰砂浆的要求。通过对织物增强型TPO防水卷材表面进行打磨、涂刷界面处理剂等方式处理后,在其表面喷涂真石漆和装饰砂浆,标准养护后进行拉拔、弯折、浸泡等试验,从而判断各方案的使用价值及实际防水装饰效果。试验表明,织物增强型TPO防水卷材表面打磨处理后再覆真石漆或装饰砂浆,在非浸水环境下满足使用要求,但浸水后上覆的真石漆或装饰砂浆容易脱落,不满足实际应用要求。Due to the market demands and architectural shape, TPO waterproofing membrane is required to be coated with real stone varnish and decorative mortar during the design and construction periods. In this article, after the surface of the fabric-reinforced TPO waterproofing membrane being polished, interface treating agent being applied and so on, real stone varnish and decorative mortar are sprayed on the membrane surface. When the covering material is cured as per standard,tests of drawing, bending and soaking are conducted to judge the application value and actual waterproofing and decorative effect of various schemes. Testing results show the surface of fabric-reinforced TPO waterproofing membrane is polished and then covered with real stone varnish or decorative mortar, which meets the application requirements in a non-water immersion environment;but real stone varnish or decorative mortar is easy to fall off after water immersion, which does not meet the actual application requirements.
