摘　　要：目的:探讨氟尿嘧啶植入剂对HBV相关性HCC患者术后HBV病毒复制的影响。方法:选取我院接受肝切除术的HBV相关性HCC患者(n=38),根据手术中是否使用氟尿嘧啶植入剂分为实验组(n=15)和对照组(n=23)。对照组只行HCC切除术,实验组HCC切除联合术中氟尿嘧啶植入剂治疗。比较两组术后肝功能、肾功能、术后1个月HBV DNA载量降低幅度、术后血小板及术后恢复时间。结果:实验组HCC术后HBV DNA载量降低幅度较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氟尿嘧啶植入剂不仅具有抗肿瘤的作用,而且可能对HBV病毒的复制产生影响。Objective To investigate the effect of fluorouracil implants on Hepatitis B virus replication in patients with Hepatitis B-related liver cancer.Methods Patients with HBV-related HCC who underwent hepatectomy in our hospital(n=38)were enrolled according to whether the fluorouracil implant was used in the operation(n=15)and the control group(n=23).In the control group,only liver cancer resection was performed,and the experimental group was treated with liver cancer resection combined with intraoperative fluorouracil implant.The liver function,renal function,the decrease of hepatitis B DNA load in January,the postoperative platelet and postoperative recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results The decrease of hepatitis B DNA load in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluorouracil implants not only have anti-tumor effects,but may also have an effect on the replication of hepatitis B virus.
