无创心功能检测在慢性心衰患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨无创心功能检测在慢性心衰患者中的应用价值。方法:选取本院2017年2月-2019年5月收治的64例慢性心衰患者作为对象,根据NYHA心功能进行分级,共分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅵ四级,每级分别为20例、14例、13例、17例。对Ⅱ-VI级患者相关数据结果进行对比分析。结果:Ⅱ-VI级患者SI水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),LVEDV、EF、SV、CL、CO差异有统计学意义,CO、CI、EF、SV逐渐下降,LVEDV逐渐上升(P<0.05)。结论:无创心功能检测在慢性心衰检查中有较高应用价值,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the application value of noninvasive cardiac function testing in patients with chronic heart failure.Method 64 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to May 2019 were selected as subjects.They were classified into grade I with 20 cases,gradeⅡwith 14 cases,gradeⅢwith 13 cases and grade IV with 17 cases according to NYHA cardiac function.The related data of patients in gradeⅡ-VI were analyzed.Results The difference in in the SI level was not statistically significant between the patients in gradeⅡ-VI(P>0.05).The difference in LVEDV,EF,SV,CL and CO index was statistically significant.The levels of CO,CI,EF and SV gradually decreased,and the level of LVEDV gradually increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive cardiac function testing has high application value in examination of chronic heart failure.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
