医养结合居家养老背景下高校文化养老新模式研究—以驻泰高校为例

摘　　要：目的探讨医养结合居家养老背景下高校文化养老新模式。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月驻泰高校的258名老人,随机分为社区居家养老组与社区居家养老组,选择机构养老方式104名,选择社区居家养老方式154名,分析患者基本状况、服务成本。结果两组性别、平均年龄、年龄分组、婚姻状况、文化程度、工作状况、月收入、收入来源比较差异无统计学意义;社区居家养老组月均养老成本、自身支付成本低于机构养老组(P<0.05)。结论医养结合居家养老背景下,有利于高校文化养老新模式建立,可降低老人月均养老成本、自身支付成本,降低经济压力,具有非常高的临床价值。因此,在高校养老模式建设中,医养结合居家养老应进一步推广和应用。Objective To explore a new model of cultural pension for colleges and universities under the background of"integrated medical care and nursing"at home.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,258 elderly people in colleges and universities in Thailand were randomly divided into the community home-based care group and the community home-based care group.104 elderly people were selected for institutional oldage care and 154 for community home-based old-age care.Results There was no statistically significant differences in gender,average age,age group,marital status,education,work status,monthly income,and source of income between the two groups.The average monthly retirement cost and self-payment cost of community home pensions were lower than those of institutional pension groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the background of"integrated medical care and elderly care"at home,it is conducive to the establishment of a new cultural pension model for colleges and universities.Therefore,in the construction of old-age care model in colleges and universities,the combination of medical care and home care should be further promoted and applied.
