摘　　要：目的探讨HCY联合P、T-hCG及E2水平对妊娠早期流产结局的预测价值。方法选择2018年6月至2019年6月在本院就诊的先兆流产孕妇196例,根据妊娠结局将其分为继续妊娠组(1组,116例)、妊娠失败组(2组,80例)。选取同期在本院就诊的正常妊娠者(3组,100名)进行对照研究。所有研究对象在孕6周(T1)、孕8周(T2)、孕10周(T3)清晨空腹抽取静脉血进行指标检测,其中血清P、T-hCG及E2水平检测采用化学发光法,Hcy水平检测应用全自动生化分析仪采用循环酶法。结果在T1~T3时间段,与1组比较,2组的Hcy水平均升高明显,P、T-hCG、E2水平均明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在T1~T3时间段,与3组比较,2组的Hcy水平均升高明显,P、T-hCG、E2水平均降低明显,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.01),在T1~T3时间段,1组的Hcy及P、T-hCG、E2水平比较差异无统计学意义。结论血清Hcy联合P、T-hCG以及E2可有效地预测早期先兆流产结局,具较好的临床推广价值。Objective To discuss predictive value of HCY combined with P,T-hCG and E2 level to early pregnancy abortion outcome.Methods 196 cases pregnant woman with threatened abortion who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected,accorded to pregnancy outcome,they were divided into continue pregnant group(first group,116 cases),and pregnancy failure group(second group,80 cases).At the same period,100 cases normal pregnant woman who were treated in our hospital as third group,were selected for comparison studies.Each research objects'venous blood was extracted for index detection at gestation sixth week(T1),gestation eighth week(T2)and gestation tenth week(T3)morning,among of these detection,serum P,T-hCG and E2 level detection were adopted chemiluminescent immunoassay,Hcy level detection were adopted circulating enzymatic at fully automatic biochemical analyser.Results Compared with first group,second group's Hcy level obviously increased at T1-T3 period,P,T-hCG and E2 level all obviously decreased,the difference was statistical significances(P<0.01).Compared with third group,second group's Hcy level obviously increased at T1-T3 period,P,T-hCG,E2 level obviously decreased,the difference was statistical significances(P<0.01),first group's Hcy and P,T-hCG,E2 level at T1-T3 period,there was no significant difference.Conclusion Serum HCY combined with P,T-hCG and E2 can effectively predict early threatened abortion outcome,have relatively better clinical promotion value.
