摘　　要：目的探究以腹痛为首发症状的儿童过敏性紫癜临床及胃镜情况。方法选择本院2017年5月至2019年1月收治的以腹痛为首发症状的儿童过敏性紫癜患者80例作为研究对象,并且对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者的病情均以腹痛为首发症状,并且所表现的胃部症状多种多样,皮肤紫癜一般均是在患者出现腹痛的24 h后出现,时间最长可以持续25 d,一般的腹部体征与腹痛严重程度不成正相关。其次,患者还伴有关节疼痛和过敏性水肿、尿常规异常以及消化道出血的情况。结论以腹痛为首发症状的儿童过敏性紫癜临床特征比较复杂,要对患者的皮疹情况进行密切观察。因此,对以腹痛为首发症状的儿童过敏性紫癜临床及胃镜进行深入分析,值得进一步研究发展。Objective To explore the clinical and gastroscopic situation of allergic purpura in children with abdominal pain as the first symptom.Methods A total of 80 cases children with allergic purpura,abdominal pain as the first symptom admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects from May 2017 to January 2019.And the clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results Abdominal pain was the initial symptom of all patients,and the gastric symptoms were varied.Skin purpura generally appeared 24 hours after the onset of abdominal pain,which lasted for up to 25 days.General abdominal signs were not positively correlated with the severity of abdominal pain.Secondly,the patient was accompanied by joint pain and allergic edema,abnormal urine routine,and gastrointestinal bleeding.Conclusion The clinical characteristics of allergic purpura in children with abdominal pain as the first symptom are relatively complicated.It is necessary to closely observe the patient's skin rash.Therefore,the clinical and gastroscopic analysis of allergic purpura in children with abdominal pain as the first symptom is worthy of further research and development.
