摘 要:采用液相还原方法把花生壳作为载体制得花生壳负载纳米零价铁,利用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱(FT-IR)对花生壳负载的纳米零价铁进行了表征。以日落黄为目标降解物,研究了花生壳负载纳米零价铁对日落黄溶液的降解。考察了光照时间、花生壳负载纳米零价铁用量、日落黄溶液初始浓度、溶液pH对降解日落黄的影响。实验结果表明:花生壳负载纳米零价铁用量为0.125g,日落黄溶液初始浓度为10mg/L,溶液pH为3,光照1h日落黄的脱色率可达92.16%。Peanut shells were used as carriers to prepare nano zero-valent iron by liquid-phase reduction method.X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)were used to characterize the nano zero-valent iron loaded by peanut shells.Sunset yellow was taken as the target degradation product,and the degradation of sunset yellow solution by peanut shells loaded nano zero-valent iron was studied.The effects of illumination time,the amount of nano zero-valent iron loaded on peanut shells,the initial concentration of sunset yellow solution and the pH value of the solution on the degradation of sunset yellow were investigated.The experimental results showed that the decolorization rate of sunset yellow would reach 92.16%when the dosage of peanut shells loaded with nano zero-valent iron was 0.125 g,the initial concentration of sunset yellow solution was 10 mg/L and the pH value of the solution was 3 after illuminating for 1 hour.
