摘　　要：实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)是规范实验室操作、提高实验室管理的平台和途径,自动采集检测仪器数据在LIMS的实现是提高数据准确性,加强管理效能的一个重要环节。本文在介绍本中心LIMS与检测仪器接口的基础上,结合北京三维天地公司LIMS(SW-LIMS)项目的实践经验,以中心实验室Ruantstudio 7 flex荧光定量PCR仪为例,对LIMS接口的改进及效果进行了分析,旨在为业务科室间检测数据资源的信息共享提供参考。The laboratory information management system(LIMS)is a platform and way to standardize laboratory operations and improve laboratory management.The realization of automatic collection of testing instrument data in LIMS is an important link to improve data accuracy and strengthen management efficiency.Based on the introduction of the interface between the center's LIMS and detection instruments,this article combines the practical experience of the Beijing Three-dimensional World Corporation's LIMS(SW-LIMS)project with the central laboratory Ruantstudio 7 flex fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument as a case.The improvement and effect of the LIMS interface are analyzed,and the purpose is to provide a reference for the information sharing of detection data resources between business departments.
