摘　　要：目的分析2007~2017年国外社区护理研究热点,为国内相关研究提供参考。方法在PubMed数据库中以“community health nursing”[MESH]为检索词检索,时间限定为2007年1月1日~2017年12月31日,对社区护理领域的研究热点进行主题词聚类分析。结果共检索到3170篇相关文献,提取50个高频主题词,得到社区护理领域的9个研究热点:社区护理的组织管理方法,儿童健康服务,健康知识、态度、行为及需求评估,慢性疾病护理模式,公共卫生合作与人才培养,健康促进,社区护理实践标准,社区护理人力资源管理与服务质量及社区护理发展趋势。结论国外社区护理研究热点涉及方向广泛,涉及社区护理的组织管理方法、慢性疾病护理、儿童健康服务及公共卫生合作与人才培养等多个方面,我国社区护理相关研究可借鉴国外相关研究,同时结合地区特点,发展具有地域特色的社区护理。Objective To analyze the hot spots of community nursing research in foreign countries from 2007 to 2017,and to provide references for related domestic research.Methods In the PubMed database,"community health nursing"[MESH]was used as the search term,and the time limit was from January 1,2007 to December 31,2017.Cluster analysis was performed on research hot spots in the field of community nursing.Results A total of 3,170 related literatures were retrieved,and 50 high-frequency subject words were extracted,9 research hot spots in the field of community care were obtained:organization and management methods of community care,child health services,health knowledge,attitude,behavior,and needs assessment,and chronic diseases.Nursing mode,public health cooperation and talent training,health promotion,community nursing practice standards,community nursing human resource management and service quality,and community nursing development trends.Conclusion The research hot spots of community nursing in foreign countries cover a wide range of areas,including the organization and management of community nursing,chronic disease care,child health services,and public health cooperation and talent training.The research on community nursing in China can draw on relevant foreign studies and combine Regional characteristics,develop community care with regional characteristics.
