祛瘀化痰针刺法治疗中风后假性球麻痹的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨祛瘀化痰法治疗痰瘀滞络型中风后假性球麻痹的临床疗效。方法选取2017年10月~2018年10月我院收治的痰瘀滞络中风后假性球麻痹患者57例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组(27例)和对照组(30例)。对照组给予常规针刺治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予祛瘀化痰针刺法治疗,比较两组洼田饮水实验评分、标准吞咽功能评价(SSA)及临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组洼田饮水实验结果优于对照组、SSA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为92.59%,高于对照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论祛痰化瘀针刺法治疗中风后假性球麻痹疗效确切,可有效改善患者构音功能及吞咽功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of removing blood stasis and removing phlegm in treating stagnation of phlegm and blood stagnation due to pseudobulbar palsy.Methods 57 patients with pseudobulbar palsy after sputum stagnation and stagnation and stroke treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group(27 cases)and a control group(30 cases).The control group was given conventional acupuncture treatment,and the treatment group was given the acupuncture method of removing stasis and phlegm based on the control group.The two groups were compared with the Watian drinking water test score,standard swallowing function evaluation(SSA),and clinical efficacy.Results After treatment,the result of drinking water experiment in Watian of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,SSA score was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 92.59%,which was higher than 63.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture method of removing blood stasis and resolving phlegm is effective in treating pseudobulbar palsy after stroke,and it can effectively improve the articulation function and swallowing function of patients.
