摘 要:采用可埋入的超声压电传感器与商用超声检测仪相连,测试了不同强度等级装配式建筑梁板柱节点处的混凝土在不同龄期的强度与波速,建立了埋入式传感器专用测强曲线,并与传统方法进行了对比,验证了传感器的测试精确度。结果表明,埋入式自制传感器与传统传感器测试数据吻合度高,相同强度下两者测强曲线拟合相关系数接近1,平均相对误差满足规范中小于12%的要求。埋入式自制传感器可与现有超声测试技术兼容,有效地对缺少操作面及复杂的构件进行强度检测。Self-made embedded piezoelectric ceramic transducers for ultrasonic testing was employed and connected with commercial ultrasonic tester to assess the strength of the concrete in beam-column-slab connection of prefabricated buildings,and the strength of concrete and the velocity that ultrasound travels through the concrete were measured at different ages,and the curve from embedded transducers for strength measurement was established.The curve from traditional transducers was also established to compare their similarity to verify the accuracy of the new method.The results show that the embedded self-made transducer and the traditional transducer have a high coincidence degree,and the fitting coefficient is very high(up to 1)and the relative error is within 12%.The embedded piezoelectric transducers are compatible with the existent ultrasonic testing technology,they can measure the strength of members with less operative surfaces and complicated shapes,which is impossible using traditional technology.
