摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师对重症急性胰腺炎患者实施药学监护的方法和意义。方法临床药师通过参与1例重症急性胰腺炎患者的治疗过程,对血脂、电解质及时监测,从急性应激期到稳定期为患者调整营养支持治疗方案及药学监护。结果肠内肠外专业营养临床药师参与营养支持治疗,可发挥专业特长,协助医师制订治疗方案,提高临床营养支持水平。结论营养专业临床药师与临床医师协作,积极开展临床营养支持及不良反应监测,及时有效调整治疗方案,共同促进合理用药,提高医疗水平。Objective To explore the methods and significance of pharmaceutical care for patients with severe acute pancreatitis on the part of clinical pharmacists.Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of a patient with severe acute pancreatitis,monitored blood lipids and electrolytes without delay,and adjusted the nutrition-supported therapies and pharmaceutical care from the acute stage to the stable stage.Results Clinical pharmacists committed to enteral and parenteral nutrition,when participating in nutrition-supported treatment,could bring into play their expertise,help doctors formulate treatment plans and improve the level of clinical nutritional support.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists with a good knowledge of nutrition can cooperate with clinicians in monitoring adverse reactions,adjusting therapies,promote rational drug use and improve the level of health care.
