摘　　要：以某款新能源减速器为例系统分析了圆锥滚子轴承常温预紧量计算的构成,提出常温预紧量的计算方法,确定圆锥滚子轴承调整垫片计算方法,同时得出预紧量、预紧力和摩擦力矩三者相互关系。The composition of the calculation of pretightening scale of tapered roller bearing at room temperature was systematically analyzed by an example of the new energy transmission.The calculation method of pretightening scale at room temperature was presented in detail.The calculating method of adjusting washer for tapered roller bearing was determined,and the relationship among pretightening scale,pretightening force and friction torque was obtained.
