汽车后市场用金属维修件试验内容浅析

摘　　要：近年来随我国汽车保有量持续走高,汽车维修及保养等需求也日益高涨,中国的汽车后市场也在快速发展的轨道上前进。以典型的后市场部件——发动机罩试验内容作为主线,简要介绍了美国合格汽车零件协会认证中关于零部件试验的基本内容和思路。随国内新车市场的产销量持续下滑,中国未来几年对汽车维修市场的要求必然更高,同时关于后市场的零部件认证发展也存在着巨大机遇。消化吸收成熟的美国汽车后市场技术能力,为中国后市场发展提供标准依据,应是目前推动该领域发展的基本工作。In recent years,China’s automobile ownership continues to rise,so the demand for automobile maintenance and repair is increasing,and the China’s vehicle aftermarket is developed rapidly.Taking the engine hood as a typical aftermarket part,the basic idea of parts test in CAPA of USA was introduced.With the decline of domestic new car market,the demand for automobile maintenance will be higher in the next few years.At the same time,there will be a great opportunity for the development of parts certification in the aftermarket.Learning the technology and theory of American automobile aftermarket then providing a standard for the development of China’s aftermarket is the basic work at present.
