摘　　要：2019年5G商用启动和携号转网全国正式服务启动备受社会各界关注,当前的携号转网技术方案能够支持5G NSA业务,但不能支持5G SA业务。随着5G SA标准和产业链的成熟,为确保携号转入用户在同等条件下享有同等权利,运营商在制定5G SA的商用计划时,有必要对5G SA的携号转网组网和实施方案进行同步研究,以推进5G SA设备对携号转网功能的研发和成熟。The launch of 5G commercial services and the launch of local number portability in the whole nation attract much attention in 2019.The present technology solutions for the local number portability cannot support 5G SA services despite that it supports 5G NSA services.5G SA standards and the industrial chain are getting matured.To ensure that users of the local number portability enjoy the same rights under the same conditions,it is necessary for operators to study networking for the local number portability of 5G SA service and implementation solutions in parallel when they formulate 5G SA commercial plans.This will promote the research and development of 5G SA equipment for the local number portability.
