摘　　要：为了解决城市里经常遇到的下穿铁路的道路积水内涝问题,结合宁德某下穿温福铁路雨水泵站工程的设计,在分析探讨雨水收集、输送、提升、排放这四个系统,及泵站选址等问题过程中,选择最优方案,为道路交通安全运行提供保障。I n order to solve the problem of urban waterlogging on the road undercrossing the railway, this paper combines the engineering design of rainwater pumping station undercrossing Wenfu railway in Ningde, analyzes the system of rainwater collection, transmission, lifting and discharging and also the site selection of pumping station, and chooses the optimal plan to guarantee the safety of road traffic.
