摘　　要：伴随着我国装配式建筑施工的日益发展,BIM技术作为当下装配式建筑施工的重要管控手段,其重要性不言而喻。通过近年来的研究发现,应用BIM技术的科学性与优化性对提升装配式建筑施工质量、提高施工效率、减少安全隐患影响颇大。本次研究对BIM技术在装配式建筑中的应用进行分析研究,为下一步工作开展提供参考。With the development of prefabricated building construction in China, BIM technology, as an important control means of prefabricated building construction, is of great importance. Through most studies in recent years, it has been found that the scientific and optimized application of BIM technology has a great impact on the improvement of construction quality, construction efficiency and reduction of safety risks of prefabricated buildings. This study will analyze and study the application of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings, and provide a reference for further work.
