复方桐叶烧伤油联合红外偏振光治疗急性期带状疱疹的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨复方桐叶烧伤油联合红外偏振光治疗急性期带状疱疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法将76例急性期带状疱疹患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组38例。2组均采用常规治疗。在此基础上,对照组采用阿昔洛韦软膏治疗,治疗组采用复方桐叶烧伤油联合红外偏振光治疗仪治疗。观察2组治疗2周后水疱消失时间、止痛时间、结痂时间和临床疗效、治疗期间出现的不良反应及随访1个月患者有无后遗神经痛的发生。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(92.11%比78.95%,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗2周后水疱消失、止痛、结痂的时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05)。随访1个月,治疗组后遗神经痛发生率低于对照组(2.63%比13.16%,P<0.05)。2组在治疗期间均未出现明显的不良反应。结论复方桐叶烧伤油联合红外偏振光治疗急性期带状疱疹疗效确切,可有效缓解皮损创面疼痛,促进皮损创面愈合。Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound Tongye burn oil combined with infrared polarized light on acute herpes zoster.Methods Seventy-six patients with acute herpes zoster were divided into two groups,with 38 patients in each group.Both groups received routine treatment.On this basis,the control group was given acyclovir ointment,and the treatment group was treated with compound Tongye burn oil and infrared polarized light therapy device.The cliical effect and time to blister disappearance,pain relief and scab formation and adverse reactions were observed after 2 weeks of treatment.Furthermore,the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia was recorded after 1 month of follow-up.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(92.11%vs.78.95%,P<0.05).After treatment for 2 weeks,the time to blister disappearance,pain relief and scab formation in treatment group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).After follow-up for 1 month,the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia in treatment group was lower than that in control group(2.63%vs.13.16%,P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were seen in both groups.Conclusion The compound Tongye burn oil combined with infrared polarized light can effectively relieve skin lesion pain and promote wound healing in the treatment of acute herpes zoster.
