摘  要:ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)具有发病急、进展快、病情较重、致死率高的特点,是冠心病最主要的死亡原因。经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)是目前治疗STEMI的最佳方案,直接PCI可最大限度缩短发病至开通梗死相关动脉(IRA)时间,恢复有效心肌再灌注,降低STEMI患者死亡率。PCI具有严格的时间依赖性,但PCI治疗决策现状并不乐观,仍有大部分患者在接受PCI时存在延迟。文章就STEMI患者PCI治疗决策影响因素的研究现状进行综述,为制定缩短STEMI患者治疗决策时间,进而缩短就诊至球囊扩张时间(D2B)提供依据,将对患者预后起到十分积极的作用。ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)is characterized by quick onset,rapid progression,severe disease and high mortality.It is the leading cause of death in coronary heart disease.Percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)is currently the best treatment for STEMI.Direct PCI can minimize the time from onset to infarct-related artery(IRA)opening,restore effective myocardial reperfusion and reduce mortality in STEMI patients.PCI has strict time dependence.However,the current status of PCI treatment decision is not optimistic,and most patients still experience delays in receiving PCI.This article mainly describes the research progress of factors influencing PCI treatment decision in STEMI patients,and provides a basis for shortening the treatment decision time and reducing the door-to-balloon(D2B)time,which will play a positive role in the prognosis of STEMI patients.
