摘  要:为了解决传统Dyson制冷型光谱成像技术由于紧凑结构带来的空间部件重叠、谱线弯曲、色畸变等问题,本文创新性地提出基于传统Dyson光谱仪物面-像面分离设计的思想。根据新型Dyson像差原理,推导了新型Dyson离轴像差理论,依据理论对传统Dyson光谱仪进行改进和优化,设计了一款相对孔径为1/2,口径为50 mm,波段为8~12μm的新型Dyson光谱仪。利用二次成像原理图,完成系统二次成像组结构参数的相关计算,通过像差优化,使系统实现100%冷光阑匹配。设计结果表明:系统的谱线弯曲小于20μm,色畸变小于35μm,光谱分辨率优于80 nm,系统奈奎斯特频率在17 lp/mm处接近衍射极限。Caused by the compact structure,the traditional Dyson-cooled spectral imaging technology has problems such as overlapping of spatial components,spectral line bending,and color distortion,etc.In order to solve these problems,a novel method based on designing object plane and image plane separately for the Dyson spectrometer is proposed.According to the new Dyson aberration principle,a new off-axis aberration theory is derived.Based on the theory,a new Dyson spectrometer is designed with relative aperture of 1/2,diameter of 50 mm and band of 8~12μm.The structural parameters of the secondary imaging group are calculated by using the secondary imaging schematic,and the system′s cold light matching rate is optimized to 100%by aberration optimization.The results show that the spectral line bending of the system is less than 20μm,the color distortion is less than 35μm,the spectral resolution is better than 80 nm,and the Nyquist frequency of the system is close to the diffraction limit at 17 lp/mm.
