摘  要:采用集成建模分析法,研究了航空TDICCD相机的成像质量受到振动载荷激励影响后的变化程度。在振动激励下,光学系统镜面会产生变形和微位移,使光学性能下降。设计了一种采用非球面镜片的航空相机光学系统,建立了航空相机光机系统的有限元模型,对其进行动力学分析,得到振动激励下的各个镜面节点位移量,以Fringe Zernike多项式为接口对镜面变形进行拟合,将拟合得到的12组37项系数输入到光学软件的航空相机光路模型中进行光学性能评价。分析表明,该航空相机光学系统在振动激励下,91 lp/mm分辨率时光学调制传递函数下降了9.7%,像点点列图发生偏移和弥散,需采取相应的减振措施。The integrated modeling analysis method is used to study the influence of vibration on the imaging quality of the aerial TDICCD camera.Under the vibration excitation,the optical system mirror will be deformed,which has an impact on the image quality of the aerial camera.A camera optical system using aspherical lens was designed.The finite element model of the airborne camera optomechanical system was established.The dynamics analysis is carried out to obtain the displacement of each mirror node under vibration excitation.The Fringe Zernike polynomial is used as the interface.The lens was deformed,and the 12 sets of 37 coefficients obtained by fitting were input into the optical camera optical path model of the optical software for optical performance evaluation.The optical performance of the aerial camera after vibration excitation was evaluated.The analysis shows that under vibration excitation,the optical modulation transfer function of the aerial camera optical system is reduced by 9.7%at a resolution of 91 lp/mm,and the dot-point map is shifted and dispersed,corresponding damping measures should be taken.
