摘　　要：目的评价应用旋转皮瓣修复头面部肿物切除术术后皮肤缺损的效果。方法自2015年以来,收治头面部基底细胞癌、鳞状细胞癌、色素痣、血管瘤等切除后皮肤缺损的患者86例,应用旋转皮瓣修复,术中切除病变组织后,在缺损邻近设计皮瓣,在合适层次分离皮瓣后修复创面。结果皮瓣成活良好,无一例有血运障碍,切口均良好愈合,局部组织无明显移位,修复效果满意。结论应用旋转皮瓣修复头面部皮肤缺损,方法易于操作,美容效果良好。Objective To evaluate the effect of rotating skin flap in repairing skin defect after the resection of head and face tumors.Methods Since 2015,86 cases of skin defects after resection of basal cell carcinoma,squamous cell carcinoma,pigmented nevus and hemangioma of the head and face had been treated.The rotating flaps had been used to repair the skin defects.After the pathological tissue had been removed during the operation,the flap which was separated at the appropriate level was designed to repaired the defect.Results The skin flaps survived well,no case had blood circulation disturbance,the incisions healed well,the local tissue was not displaced obviously,and the repairing effect was satisfactory.Conclusion the method which applied rotating skin flap to treat skin defect after the resection of head and face tumors is easy to operate and has good cosmetic effect.
