上肢涡流水疗法治疗上肢烧伤术后疤痕增生的回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的探究上肢涡流水疗法治疗上肢烧伤术后疤痕增生患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析于我院2016年12月~2018年12月接受治疗的98例上肢烧伤术后疤痕增生患者的临床资料,并根据其治疗方法进行分组,其中对照组48例予以压力疗法、超声波治疗等常规治疗,观察组50例在对照组基础上给予上肢涡流水疗法进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗3个月后的瘢痕状况、上肢功能及生活质量变化情况。结果治疗3个月后,两组患者柔软度、血管分布、厚度、色泽得分及总分均较治疗前显著下降(P均<0.05),且观察组明显低于同期对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组患者上肢FMA及MI得分均较治疗前显著提升(P均<0.05),且观察组明显高于同期对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组患者生活质量各项评分均较治疗前显著升高(P均<0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上采用上肢涡流水疗法可有效促进上肢烧伤术后疤痕增生患者的上肢功能恢复,还可改善日常生活能力。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of eddy-current hydrotherapy on hypertrophic scar after burn of upper limbs.Methods In our hospital were retrospectively analyzed in December 2016 to December 2018 treated 98 cases of upper limb burns the clinical data of patients with postoperative scar hyperplasia,and according to the treatment group,control group of 48 cases shall be pressure therapy,ultrasonic therapy,such as conventional treatment,observation group of 50 cases in the control group on the basis of given upper limb eddy pressure water therapy for treatment.The changes of scar status,upper limb function and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the softness,vascular distribution,thickness,color score and total score of patients in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P﹤0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P﹤0.05).After 3 months of treatment,FMA and MI scores of the upper limbs in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P﹤0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the quality of life scores of patients in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P﹤0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The use of eddy-current hydrotherapy on the basis of conventional treatment can effectively promote the recovery of upper limb function in patients with scar hyperplasia after upper limb burn,and improve the ability of daily life.
