手臂部烧伤整形植皮术后的综合康复护理

摘　　要：目的探究手臂部烧伤整形植皮患者的综合康复护理方法及效果。方法采用回顾性分析方法,选取于2018年8月份至2019年8月份在医院中进行手臂部烧伤整形植皮治疗的患者64例,均采用压迫疗法、温水浸浴、局部按摩、肌力训练、康复指导对其进行综合康复护理3个月,并比较患者在术前与康复护理3个月后的MHQ评分、DASH评分、VAS评分以及护理满意度。结果康复护理3个月后,患者的手部功能评分低于术前(P<0.05)。与术前比较,康复护理3个月后患者的DASH、VAS评分均降低(均P<0.01)。术前、康复护理3个月后的护理满意度分别为87.50%、96.88%,康复护理3个月后的护理满意度高于术前(P<0.05)。结论多种方法形成的综合康复护理方法可以促进上肢烧伤后植皮术患者上肢功能的恢复,减轻术后疼痛,值得在患者护理工作中大力推广使用。Objective To explore the method and effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for the patients with burn and plastic skin grafting on the arm.Methods Retrospective analysis was used to select 64 cases of burn,plastic skin grafting in the arm from August 2018 to August 2019 in the hospital,all of them were treated with compression therapy,warm water bath,local massage,muscle strength training,rehabilitation guidance supplement of comprehensive rehabilitation care content for 3 months,and compared with the patients before operation and rehabilitation care.After 3 months,the MHQ score,DASH score,VAS score and nursing satisfaction were evaluated.Results After 3 months of rehabilitation nursing,the score of hand function was lower than that before operation (P﹤0.05).Compared with before operation,the scores of dash and vas were decreased after 3 months of rehabilitation nursing (P﹤0.01).The satisfaction of nursing was 87.50% before operation and 96.88% after 3 months of rehabilitation nursing.The satisfaction of nursing after 3 months of rehabilitation nursing was higher than that before operation (P﹤0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing method formed by various methods can promote the recovery of upper limb function and relieve postoperative pain in patients with upper limb burn after skin grafting,which is worth promoting in patients’ nursing work.
