会阴部瘢痕切除术的围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的总结会阴部瘢痕切除术的围手术期护理经验。方法以2013年1月~2019年1月于我院行瘢痕切除术的73例会阴部瘢痕挛缩患者为研究对象,收集临床资料及护理方法。结果 73例患者均一次手术修复,5例患者移植后发生部分坏死,经再次手术后治愈。所有患者术后双下肢活动功能良好,会阴部形态接近正常。结论会阴部疲痕切除术的围手术期护理的目的在于术区良好愈合,术后制动、减少术区污染、加强皮瓣观察护理是此类缓和的必要护理措施,在护理过程中重视心理护理、增强舒适性护理有利于护理工作的顺利进行。Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of perineum scar resection.Methods 73 cases of cicatricial contracture of perineum in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the clinical data and nursing methods were collected.Results All the 73 patients were repaired in one operation,5 patients developed partial necrosis after transplantation,and were cured after reoperation.All the patients had good lower limb activity and perineum morphology.Conclusion The purpose of perioperative nursing of perineum scar resection is to achieve good healing of the operation area.The necessary nursing measures are to stop the operation area,reduce the pollution of the operation area,and strengthen the observation and nursing of skin flap.In the nursing process,paying attention to psychological nursing and enhancing comfort nursing are conducive to the smooth progress of nursing work.
