一株致多发性浆膜炎猪源肠外E.coli的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：无菌采集多发性浆膜炎病猪的心血、肝脏,进行细菌分离培养,并对分离菌株进行染色镜检、生化试验、PCR鉴定、小鼠致病性试验和药敏试验。结果显示,分离菌株为肠外致病性大肠杆菌;分离菌株对庆大霉素、恩诺沙星、强力霉素、氨苄西林、磺胺类药物、头孢噻肟等均耐药,对阿米卡星、多粘菌素、美罗培南、亚胺培南敏感。本研究为致多发性浆膜炎的猪大肠杆菌病的诊断与防治提供了参考依据。The blood and liver were collected from the pigs with multiple polyserositis for isolation of the bacteria by aseptic techniques.Bacteria were identified with microscopic examination,biochemical tests,PCR identification and pathogenicity test in mice.Antibiotic susceptibility test were carried out too.The results showed that the isolated strain was identified as Extraintestinal Pathogenic Escherichia coli.It is resistant to Gentamicin,Enrofloxacin,Doxycycline,Ampicillin,Sulfonamides and Cefotaxime,But it is susceptible to Amikacin,Polymyxin,Meropenem and Imipenem.This study provides a reference for the diagnosis and prevention of Colibacillosis in pigs with multiple serositis.
