一例柯基犬肥大细胞瘤的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：一只时常尖叫有腹壁肿块的柯基犬被带来诊治,血常规显示,淋巴细胞数和淋巴细胞百分比升高,血液生化值正常,组织涂片有肥大细胞。手术探查发现肿物,大面积切除的组织经病理学检查确认为肥大细胞瘤。该犬术后恢复良好,未发现肿瘤复发和转移迹象。One screaming corgi dog with abdominal wall mass was brought to see a doctor;The result of routine blood test showed that an increase in lymphocyte count and lymphocyte percentage;Serum biochemical is normal;There are mast cells in tissue smear;Histopathologically,the sugical specimen showed mastocytoma.The dog recovered well after the operation,no recuwence and metastasis.
