摘　　要：尿道阻塞导致的肾炎、肾衰竭的病例在动物临床上经常发生,由于尿道解剖结构的特殊性,尿闭最常见于公猫。针对一例公猫尿道阻塞、尿闭导致急性肾衰竭的综合性诊断和治疗方案进行了详细的论述,以期为提高该病的临床确诊率、治愈率提供参考。The cases of nephritis and renal failure caused by urethra obstruction often occur in animal clinic.Due to the particularity of urethra anatomy,urinary incontinence is common for male cats.Therefore,the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plan of a male cat with urethral obstruction and urinary closure leading to acute renal failure were discussed detailedly in this paper,so as to provide clinical reference for improving the accuracy clinical diagnosis and the clinical cure rate.
